Tom graduated with a RICS-accredited Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Real Estate Management from University College of Estate Management (UCEM) in Reading UK and with a RICS-accredited Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of the West of England (UWE Bristol), and is a member of the following professional organisations:

Prior to founding Valraise Germany GmbH, Tom worked for an international investment firm in the Netherlands and Germany for ten years.
